Biography

After an extensive career in the music business in the 90s and fame as singer-songwriter of seminal rock outfit, The Padres, Joe has found a niche as one of “Singapore’s foremost film and television music composer” A prominent player of Singapore’s independent music scene, promoter of alternative rock shows and producer of bands, the local music’s boy has been the sole music head and working partner of Kelvin Tong. He has the distinction of scoring – but is not limited to – all of his films, including the award-winning film, Eating Air (1999), box-office horror hit The Maid (2005) and most recently, the well-received Rule Number One (2008).
