Biography

Tirelessly pursuing a love to experiment with all forms of house and techno but preferring to dwell on a deeper and more melodic, spirited sound, Jamie React has been steadily making an impact in the Singapore scene since his arrival on the island. Mixing up styles and moods, but always staying focused firmly on the dancefloors needs, Jamie's sets have deep pockets of percussive energy, tribal accents and life. Jamie picked up mixing with the Dropout DJ’s and their Access nights in his native Edinburgh, Scotland, gaining a broad education in electronic music, drawing his early influences from artists such as Green Velvet, Leftfield, Jeff Mills, Derrick May and Billy Nasty.
