Clara Benin is finally dropping a new collab with another Singaporean artist.
The Filipina singer-songwriter linked with Gentle Bones (né Joel Tan) for their first collaborative effort 'A Day At A Time', scheduled for release on March 5 (Friday).
"Joel reached out to me last year with a particular theme in mind: to encourage everyone to live everyday to the fullest by being present," Clara Benin tells Bandwagon exclusively, adding that they'd sent each other lyrics and melody ideas on WhatsApp. "I was instantly on board with his theme!"
The 'Araw't Gabi' singer also reveals that 'A Day At A Time' has a "different sound from what [she] usually makes." She says, "I’m so honored to have co-written this song with Joel. This song will surely bring good vibes and encouragement to our listeners!"
